February 7, 2005 Dear Steve, Being our first full winter in the Berkshires, we did not realize how cold and windy it would be on the lake in our newly renovated home. With our old windows, there was always a "chill" in the air and at times our curtains would move and the house was always cool. Since we decided to have as many "walls of windows" as possible overlooking the lake, we assumed the added cost of heat and cooler inside temperatures would be the compromise we would have to make for the setting. Not any more! The windows your company installed have completely changed our perception of winter. they have lived up to and exceeded the claims you made. No more breezes, or chills, and at times we have no idea what the weather is like outside because the inside is so comfortable. And, we barely have the heat on! The savings we will realize in a couple of years will certainly pay for the windows. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of these high-tech windows and your expertise in installing them. We will reap the benefits for many years to come. Your very satisfied customers, |

Letter #3 November 3, 2005 Dear Steve and Crew, Having had the wettest fall in recent history and the waters of Lake Ashmere lapping at our retaining wall, it was to our relief that not a drop of water made its way into our cellar. This was so gratifing especiall in light of the situation you and your crew encountered when you began our remodeling project. Remember the water logged cellar floor, the gaps in the foundation held up by old telephone poles and barrels, and the run-off from the street? Your experience crew and site manager assessed the situation, constructed a plan, and put it into action resulting is a perfect dry cellar. It pays to go with the experts and those whon invest in solving problems. Hope all is going well. Another satisified customer,
Dormers
