Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  We love the renovations you did on our home.  Thank you Steve for helping us visualize what things would look like by walking through our house and finding “the flow”.  You constantly kept in touch with us which we truly appreciated.

The roofers were very polite and accommodating.  We couldn’t believe how fast they were. A very nice group of young men.

Al and Olan were wonderful.  They were there every day like clockwork.  Their work was excellent and they were apologetic for being in our way.  (We should have apologized to them for being in their way)!  They cleaned up every afternoon before they left and didn’t mind explaining what was going to happen next.  They even helped our 86 year old dad get out of his chair a couple of times.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Morrison’s Home Improvement Specialists and will recommend you whenever the opportunity arises.

            We were very satisfied with the work on our roof and trim work.  Steve was very conscientious in checking in to see that the work was satisfactory.  The workmanship and the crews’ behavior and respect for our property were outstanding.  At one point it became clear that there had been a miscommunication between myself and Steve regarding changes that needed to be made to the planned work.  He was patient, respectful and worked with me to reach an agreement, and I appreciated his “open book” policy showing the costs of labor and materials.  I would recommend that in the future, if work orders must be changed, the meaning of the T&M “time and material basis” should be clearly explained and an effort be made to provide an estimate for the cost of the additional work.  Aside from that I was most satisfied with our experience with Morrison’s Home Improvement.

Dear Steve and the Morrison Crews,

    We have to say that as DIY homeowners, this is only the second time we have hired a company that did not leave us saying, “we could have done it better ourselves.”

    Quality of product, quality of workmanship and standing behind both of these is essential in running a good business.  Morrison’s Home Improvement provides all these elements.

    The windows have eliminated all drafts and the vinyl siding looks great.  Our fear that our house was going to look like a warehouse was unfounded as the work crew used trim in strategic points, making the final product aesthetically pleasing.

    We thank you and your crew for coming back to touch up small issues that came up after the job was completed, perfecting work already well done.

    The Morrison Crew worked through last winter dealing with snowstorm after snowstorm, often shoveling out their equipment and a workspace.  They did this without complaint and were always hard working and courteous.  When the snow melted leaving a confetti-debris strewn yard, the crew cleaned it up completely leaving our yard nearly spotless.  When they were finished, there was nothing left for us to do, but enjoy the finished product.

    We are very happy with the service Morrison’s Home Improvement has provided us.

            It was a major undertaking between the roof, the attic and the kitchen remodel. We thought the scheduling; the coordination between all involved, plumbers, electrician, roofers and carpenters was pretty amazing. The efforts moved along like clock-work and people were here when we were told they would be. This fact made it easy for us to plan and schedule our work and personal like needs without undo commotion and confusion.

            Along with that we are totally satisfied that the workmanship and materials are all of the highest quality and properly installed.

            Your people are competent professionals who showed up each day ready to do their jobs. They also came with an open mind to any suggestion, either by us, or their own, where someone saw a way to improve the overall look or remedy a situation. As your aware, when these projects develop and unfold, situations arise that cannot possible be anticipated due to nuances of the home or the method/materials previously used in its construction. There were a few of those here, and while too lengthy to go into detail, we thought the remedies were always superior and with best intentions in mind. In effect, we never felt a corner was cut, but rather that we got an enhancement.

            Any questions or concerns we had were promptly answered and solved. This was always done with a courteous, friendly and cheerful demeanor.

            While we found your entire crew to be top shelf, both Paula and I want to express a little extra praise for John and Olan, who spent a great deal of time here and became like old friends yet still carried on with their terrific work ethic and skills.

            Without doubt we would act as reference for your business and if the case arises where an acquaintance or family member is seeking the services of an improvement contractor, you can be assured we will sing our praises for Morrison’s Home Improvement!
